At Hotel & Travel Industry Federal Credit Union, we take the time to develop relationships with our members in order to better assist them in attaining financial objectives. Here, you are never just another transaction. You’re not just a member… you’re an owner.
Hotel & Travel Industry Federal Credit Union belongs to both the Hawaii and National CO-OP Share Branching Network, which offers members the convenience of doing basic financial transactions at participating Shared Branch credit unions near their place of residence, business, or even while visiting another state. An updated listing of shared branch locations is available at www.hicuso.com or www.co-opsharedbranch.org.
On-site visits are another way we provide convenience in serving our hotel workers. Scheduled visits are arranged, with hotel management, where online, real-time services such as applying for loans, openings new accounts and changing payroll deductions are made available.
In addition to the aforementioned benefits, members have access to additional services such as bilingual assistance with transactions, online and mobile banking, free unlimited bill pay, keiki accounts, discounted life insurance rates through CUNA Mutual, preferred pricing at select auto dealerships as well as discounts through companies such as Sprint, Nextel, Dell and much more.
